Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Having Back Pain Along With Negative UPT? 

Hi I been having some light cramping and some back pain then I notice I been spotting light pinkish color mix with clear discharge my boob fills fuller and little sensitive I have irregular periods so I don t know I took a pregnant test came out negative

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The symptoms what you are describing doesn't seem to go in favour of pregnancy. It could be suggestive of pre-menstrual symptoms.
Since pregnancy test is negative, it would be advisable for you to go for the following investigations:
1. Ultrasound scan of the abdomen.
2. Blood levels of FSH, LH and beta hCG.
Kindly consult Gynecologist with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
